The interviewee's experience
We place great importance on the interviewee's experience when completing our questionnaires.
A questionnaire should be an enriching cultural experience for the participant.
To keep respondents engaged, we design dynamic questionnaires : panoramic (scrolling on a single page) vs. sequential (one question per screen), always with visual support.
In-Depth Analysis of Results
We provide quantified results explained through qualitative insights — making it easier to interpret findings that might otherwise be ambiguous.
Our verbatim analysis goes beyond coding: it is carried out by experienced qualitative researchers, with a large selection of verbatim responses included so that readers can feel the results.
